Marvel Avengers Book Tag!

Greetings Earthlings! Today I’m doing the Marvel Avengers Book Tag!

I didn’t create this tag and I don’t know who did but I love Marvel and Superheroes and books so I wanted to do this.

Iron Man

Your Favorite First Book

I love Iron Man but I watched the movies in the wrong order. My parents showed the first movie to my sisters and then they showed all three of us the second one and then we all went in saw the third one and I’d saw all the other Avengers movies. I finally watched it pretty recently and I did like it. First books in series aren’t always going to be the first because they are opening up the universe and the new world we are about to explore so they take time but their are some good ones. I’m going to pick Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare.

This book is just great!! I loved this book so much more than City of Bones and Clockwork Angel. I have a review on how I feel about it here. Lord of Shadow is about to come out as I’m writing and it’s probably already out when this post comes into the world! I’m so excited!! Another good first book is Alice in Zombieland. Damn that was the best one in the series.

Captain America

A Book that takes place in a different time

Captain America is my favorite. I love him so much! Chris Evans is just so gorgeous and I love him as the role of Steve Rogers. I don’t read a lot of books that take place in a different time period. I don’t know why, I don’t know why I just don’t find a lot of them or know of any of them so it’s not something that I read a lot of right next to science fiction. I have read Outlander, the Infernal Devices, and technically Harry Potter takes place in a different time. I think I’m going to pick Fever 1793 by Laurie Halse Anderson.

This book if you couldn’t guess is about the yellow fever and it follows a girl named Mattie and her life during the time of this and how she deals with it. It’s a really great book and I love it and I love Laurie Halse Anderson, her books are like damn! I would recommend this book to everyone because it’s so good.

A book character that you like more after they were casted

I love Thor and I love Chris Hemsworth. I didn’t really want to see this movie at first but then my family was like it’s so good and I’ve come to adore Thor and all the characters and Loki and these movies! Whose excited about Thor: Ragnarok? I AM!!! It took me awhile for me to decide what to pick for this question but I finally realized that my answer is Tom Felton as Draco Malfoy.

Draco Malfoy is terrible character well the choices he makes are terrible. He is a good boy that was forced into a life that he didn’t want. Now if I had read the books first then he would have just thought he was a spoiled brat but watching Tom Felton bring this character to the screen helped me understand what he was going through this and he made me love him more.

A book that you love but isn’t really a popular read for others

I love Hawkeye. I was so scared that he was going to die in Age of Ultron because they introduce as to his family and when his wife was like be safe and I was shit he is going to die but he didn’t! I’m going to pick to Sherlock inspire stories that I love and I couldn’t decide which one I should do so I’m going Lock & Mori by Heather W. Petty and the Clockwork Scarab by Colleen Gleason!

They are so amazing and so wonderful and I love them so much. I have review for both Lock and Mori books here and here and I have reviews for Stoker and Holmes here and here. If you haven’t read these books yet then go read them because they are so amazing and wonderful and I need the final books right now because I need to know what happens!!

Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch

A Book with a Sibling Duo

Okay so is Quicksilver coming back for Infinity Wars because I kept seeing stuff saying that he still is alive and is returning? Can someone just clear this up for me? Thanks. I don’t know who else there is to pick besides Fred and George from Harry Potter.

fred and george.jpg

I love them so much and they are just so amazing and the death in Deathly Hallows breaks my heart and AHHHHHHHHH!

A villain that you love and you can’t help but be attracted to

I love Loki. I love him so much. I’m so excited Thor 3 because I know what the title means and the trailers look great. I’m having a hard time picking this one because I can’t be a attracted to a lot of villains because they do such horrible things. I’m gonna go with Hideo from Warcross by Marie Lu.

I don’t know if he counts as villain but his motivation at the end of Warcross can be called villainy. I don’t know. I don’t feel attracted to any book villains right now. Because like I said before so many villains do terrible things and I stop loving them after that. Like Tate from American Horror Story, everyone loves him but he’s done such terrible things that I don’t like him.

A Book I’ve been meaning to read

Like every book in the world I feel like. I do have answer for this and it’s pretty shameful and the books I’ve been meaning to read are Six of Crows and Shadows and Bone! I’m sorry! I’ve been meaning to read them and every time I get them I just start reading them and then I give up on them. I plan on reading them soon but I’ve been saying that for awhile now.

The Hulk

A Book you can’t talk about without getting angry

DISHONORABLE MENTION: 13 REASONS WHY! I hate these books so much and I get so mad every time I talk about them. Same for 13 Reasons Why.

Black Widow

black widow.jpg

A Side Character that You wished had their own Book

I mean I wish I got a whole series about Harry Potter’s parent when they were at Hogwarts but everyone wants that so. How about Dorian? Because Chaol got a whole book about him so why I get he get one? I love Dorian he’s my favorite! I guess so many people wouldn’t like that because I feel like everyone loves Chaol and I don’t really like him that much.

And that was the Avengers book tag! I tag you guys to do this if you want to! More reviews and other fun things are coming out soon so look out for that! The Christine Riccio Book Tag!

Greetings Earthlings! Today I’m doing the Christine Riccio Book Tag!

I feel like I should start with the fact that I have never felt more like a stalker then I do right now. So I went on instagram this morning and found an account called @bookplosionandco who made this tag and I was like this sounds fun why don’t I do it. But then I started looking for a picture of Christine to make that banner and I felt like a stalker just trying to find a picture of her and man I don’t know it felt so weird. If you didn’t know Christine Riccio is a booktuber also known as Polandbananasbooks and I love her videos, she’s one of my many inspirations. She’s super funny and I love her. See that sounds weird well I’m writing this. Hopefully it doesn’t read as weird as it sounds right now. I really hope that this doesn’t lead to another person reading the wrong thing and blocking me on twitter. Okay I’m just gonna stop and get started on this and hope that I stop feeling weird.

Let’s began!

The First Book You ever Talked about on Your Social Media

(what was your username then)

I feel like I should mention that this was created for instagram but I like tags and I’m not that great of friends with my instagram so I wanted to do it on this blog. The first book I’ve talked about on this blog was Girl Online by Zoe Sugg which it’s an okay book but I’ve talked about that book so much that I’m not going to talk about as much anymore because I don’t like it! I do have a fan account and I’ll just use that for this question. I can’t be sure about this but I think the post I ever made on the geekygalaxy instagram was a fanart of Percy, Katniss, and Harry.

I think this because I remembering loving that fanart and I made it my icon so I’m thinking maybe that I made it my first post. And my username was feels fromthefandom.

Your Favorite book You’ve read this month So Far

I haven’t read that many books right now in the month of September but I read a lot in August and I made a whole post talking about all the books I read in August which you can read here *Look at that self promo. I’m going to pick a book from August because I can and my favorite book that I read during that month had to be Warcross by Marie Lu!

I have a whole review for this and it might be out by now. I have no clue when this is going to be posted so it may have or haven’t been posted. I really enjoyed this book. It was so much fun and had all these twists and turns and that ending! I really need to know what happens next okay! Like I need book two! *and now a message from Future Grace after reading like five books in September Hey guys it’s me two days before this is supposed to be posted and I have a favorite book that I’ve read in September which is Big  Little Lies and it was AMAZING!!! I’m going to watch the show soon hopefully.

If you write, what book really made you want to write stories youself

I love her writing videos they are just so great and so much fun. If you haven’t watched one of her writing videos then I recommend watching them because they are so great. If you haven’t watched Christine’s videos in general then you should because they are so much fun. I didn’t watch her writing videos at first but then I watched one and I was like I have to watch all of them. I wrote to these videos for awhile but then I finished watching them. I sound like a stalker again goddamn it! I have two books for this which are Harry Potter by JK Rowling and City of Bones by Cassandra Clare!

I mean a lot of stories give me ideas but I had some of my strongest ideas after reading these two books which are both amazing and everyone should read these books. If you haven’t already read Harry Potter. It drives me crazy when people are just like I hate Harry Potter and they haven’t even read the books. Like how can you hate it when you haven’t read it????? A lot of people don’t like Mortal Instruments but the main thing you have to know about the Mortal Instruments is that you have to push through City of Bones to get to the good stuff.

A book that was spoiled for you

I get spoiled all the times, it’s just something that happens to me. I hate that. I do get over it when I get spoiled but one I haven’t gotten over is the thing that happens in Dance with  Dragons.

Can you guess on what I got spoiled on for this book? It’s really easy. I was doing so good with avoiding spoilers for Game of Thrones like I had gotten through book one and no one had said anything but I started Clash of Kings and this was right after the season five finale had aired. I went to school with Clash of Kings and I was still doing a good job when my friend comes up to me is like ‘Can you believe that thing happened?’ but she didn’t say that she told me what happened and I was so upset! I haven’t gotten over it.

A book that caused you longest mourning period

No shocker here. I’m going with A Memory of Light by Robert Jordan and Brandon Anderson!

This book fucked me so bad and it was good and I cried so hard and I love every second of it. This book was so long and I loved it and it was the perfect ending well sort of. I wished that our group of best friends reunited. If you haven’t read Wheel of Time I would recommend it because it’s so good and there is news about a TV show so get reading. Just a little warning the books are giant and there are 13 books in this series.

A book that got you out of a reading slump

I recently got in a book slump and it was terrible I hated it. But luckily I found a book that Christine mentioned in one of her videos and I was like I’ll give it a try and it got me out of my book slump. Let me tell, getting out of book slump the feeling you get is amazing. It’s like a mix of pride and joy! Okay the book that got me out of my book slump was To Kill the Boy Band by Goldy Moldavsky!

kill the boy band

I didn’t think I would like this book. I would always see it at the bookstore and be like no I’m not going to get that but then I read this book and holy crap! It was so GOOD! It’s weirdly amazing and I enjoyed this so much. I would highly recommend this book because it’s so good! It just gets crazier and crazier with each page and it’s such a good book!

A book you could talk about FOREVER

Um.. it should be pretty obvious.

I love them all so much. They are just so amazing and wonderful and I love them and they WILL LIVE ON FOREVER AND EVER AND EVER!

Did you read any of the books and did you read them along with the Booksplosion?

OKAY so here’s the thing I have read the book for Booksplosion but I always read them after the book is no longer the book of the month. It’s not like I mean to do it but I never have the book until like a year or a couple months have pasted. I do have the book they did for August which was Little Monsters by Kara Thomas.

little monsters

If you read my Books I read in August post then you know that I read this only because it was a booksplosion book and you would also know that I hated it. I had so many issues with like underage drinking, the ending was unclear for me, and the friendships were just terrible. LIKE OH MY GOD these characters are just awful. I’m not going to spoil the book for you if you want to read but I really want to because it’s makes me so mad. They all loved unlike me. I think that they are doing Alexandra Brackens new book which I do own so I will be reading that in September. Even if it’s not their book of the month I’m still going to read it because I want too. *update they are doing it for their book of the month

Which book do people associate with you/think of when they think of you?

I suck at eyeliner let’s just talk about that. I would be better if I wore make up more but I’m too lazy to put make up on and I don’t like how make up feels on my face. When I first got eyeliner, I had such a hard time putting on my top eye lid that I stopped doing it and I only did it under my eyes like some me kid for the early 2000s. My mother was like you can’t just wear like that you look like a goth! I mean I can do it now but i still don’t wear a lot of make up. Any way a book that I think people associate me with is Eye of the World by Robert Jordan.

I need to pick a different book but honestly whenever people I’ve met or known hear something about Wheel of Time, they always call me up or talk to me and tell about it and always recommend books that have been recommend if you love Wheel of Time. I’ve convinced people to start reading this series because I talk about it so much.

Which fictional character would you name your pet after?

If we want to get real, one of my dogs is already named after a character. We didn’t mean to do because out of the characters we love we probably won’t have picked her. I mean if you are one of those people who give their dogs their last names then my dog’s name matches this characters name. But that’s not talk about that. If I got another dog, my dad and I have said that we would name our next dogs if we got another one either Ripley or Groot which I do love. I also what to named something Sebastian I don’t know why. I mean I call my computer Sebastian so that should be enough……. OKAY next questions!

Paul and Olivia

Your favorite fictional siblings

I really want to say the Weasley Siblings from Harry Potter but I’ve picked Harry Potter too many times. It was hard coming up with an answer that wasn’t Harry Potter because a lot of main characters don’t have siblings because most of the time they are an only child or their siblings are dead. I think I’m gonna go with the Blackthorn family from the Dark Artifices!

Raise your hand if your still emotional hurt by Lord of Shadows! *raises hand so high that you can’t even see it! like it’s in space! I like all these kids, they are all great and fun to read about and I’m super worried for Queen of Air and Darkness.

And that was the Christine Riccio book Tag! I hope you guys enjoyed reading. I wasn’t my best tag but I had a lot of fun doing this. I tag you guys to do this if you want to! More reviews and other fun things are coming out soon so look out for that! You should follow my book club here and other social media links. I posted rants like this once a week every week. Gilmore Girls Book Tag!

Greetings Earthlings! Today I’m doing a very interesting and hopefully book tag which is the Gilmore Girls book tag! If you don’t know what Gilmore Girls is, it is a show about a mother and daughter and it is my favorite show and the revival came out and I have a review for that here. I’m rewatching the show and I really want to this tag because it sounds so much fun!

Let’s began!

A character with a witty or sarcastic sense of humor

Lorelai is my favorite character on this show, she is the heart of the show and the woman I want to be. I love characters that are sarcastic because I’m sarcastic as hell so I have a lot of characters to chose from but I think I’ll go with Mat Cauthon from the Wheel of Time series.

If you don’t know what the Wheel of Time series is, it is a cool fantasy series that I love. I have a review for the series here and a post on why you should read the series here. Mat is my favorite character in the series and I love him. He is so funny and he is always making jokes and being a great character. Like during that last book everything is so emotional and he is just there being Mat and I loved it so much!

Your favorite classic book

Oh Rory look how young you are. I miss young Rory. She is so innocent and lovely, I mean I love her later on but not as much as I loved her in the earlier season. I don’t read a lot of classics but I’ve been trying to read more this year and I’ve been doing a pretty good job with that. But my favorite classic is To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee.

This book is amazing and I loved it. It is so inspirational and I love it and everyone should read it and lets just pretend that the sequel didn’t happen because I don’t want to believe any of that would ever be possible. No spoilers though.

A book you secretly love, but are afraid to admit

I love Luke and I love him with Lorelai. He is my favorite! A book that I love and that I’m afraid to admit is any romance book out there in the world because most of them are so bad and have like unhealthy relationships. If I had to pick one, I would pick Twilight by Stephenie Meyer.

I guess my feelings for Twilight aren’t hidden as I have a fanfiction called Skyfall. I still like it though, I just don’t want to talk about it a lot because again the relationship isn’t the healthy for this book but I just like books are easy to read.

A Musical Character

Lane was a great friend to Rory and even though I’m probably the only one but I loved her and Zach together. I mean I did love her and Dave but he left so I couldn’t love them a lot. There aren’t a lot of characters that do music that I recall at the moment but I’m just going to go with my favorite shadow hunter Jem Carstairs!

My violin playing angel! I love you so much Jem. You are my angel. If you guys haven’t read the Infernal Devices, you totally should because it’s amazing! Jem is my husband next to Will of course. I have a review of this series here. Go read this book and if you have then what do you think of Jem!

A book you’ve devoured

Sooki is such a great friend to Lorelai and she and Jackson are so cute! Melissa McCarthy did such a good job playing this character. Oh where do I began! I’ve read so many books that I’ve devoured I don’t even know where to start! Let’s go with much recently so you probably know what book it’s going to be. It’s Lord of Shadows by Cassandra Clare!

I don’t know when this is coming out but I do have a review for it, I just don’t know if it’s out right now or not. Whatever so if it is then just go to categories and go to Mortal Instruments part. Or just go to recent posts. Back to the point, there is only one word of this book and it is SHOOK!!! I had so much fun reading this book when it wasn’t making me cry for all my feelings!

Your first book love

Oh Dean. Your character was destroyed and it shouldn’t have. But how about that young Jared Padalecki? Isn’t he cute? And if you are like me and you watched Supernatural before watching Gilmore Girls and you didn’t freak out when you saw him and laughed your ass off when you found out his name was DEAN!!!! Okay back to the question, I want to go with Harry Potter but it wasn’t my first love, it’s just my longest love. So I’m going to go with the 39 Clues by a lot of authors.

I have a whole post talking about how young gigi was hella in love with these books and she still holds a torch for them which you can read here. They used to be really be like these intense books for me but now I just find them fun which should just matter.

A book that you love, that gets the most hate

This asshole. I don’t care if you like, this is my opinion. He treated Rory badly, he treated Lorelai badly, and he treated Luke, the guy that saw the best in him when no one else did, badly. I don’t like that trope where girls fall for guys that complete assholes. A book that I love that gets the most hate is probably any fantasy book because with fantasy it’s either you like them or you hate them there is no in between. For this I’m going with The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare.

*i really love these version of the covers

I have a review for every single one of these books and again if you want to read them then again go back to The Mortal Instruments category and just go from. This is a series that doesn’t really get great until book three which I was willing to push through all of it but a lot of people aren’t which I think is a mistake! Just push through! Do it! And if you can’t get through Mortal Instruments then I would move to the Infernal Devices it seems like a better move.

Miss Patty

A book that was ruined by the hype

I don’t know why this was her question. But a lot of books I read are over hyped, I don’t know how it keeps happening but it does. You probably know what book I’m going to pick but here it is, I’m picking Divergent by Veronica Roth.

I have a review for this book here that should explain how I feel about this book. I’m like so done explaining why I don’t like it. Just go read the review.

An expensive book

Emily is great character and sometimes she can be unfair and sometimes she can be treated unfairly but she does love her family. I don’t spend a lot of money on books because I normally don’t have any money to spend on expensive books. But here an expensive book that I brought I mean I got it for less than the original price and it was a present but it still a lot. That book was the Wheel of Time Companion by Robert Jordan and a lot of people.

It was 26 dollars which isn’t a lot and I got it on Kindle but the hardcover is forty bucks so that’s why it took me forever to buy. I stilled loved this book though it was a lot of fun.

An Uptight Character

I love Paris so much. She was amazing and she can be a little crazy at times but I have so much fun watching her go through life with Rory and Doyle. So an uptight character I’m going to pick is a character that has grown a lot since the first book but he was really uptight when we first met him. If you haven’t guessed it my boo Alec Lightwood from the Mortal Instruments.

Like I said he has grown a lot since City of Bones and has become a master of sass and I love him and I love Malec and I love the fact he has kids now but in the beginning of the Mortal Instruments he was so uptight and rule crazy. I still loved him then but not as much as I did now.

That is it for the Gilmore Girls book tag! I had fun doing this and I can’t help but wonder why there isn’t a Richard or Logan or Mrs. Kim question. I tag you all to do this tag and I hope that you have fun doing it. It summer so I’m hopefully going to get a lot of reading done and then I’ll do my summer reads list like I did last year. I post review, rants, and other stuff one this blog once every weeks. Like, Comment, and follow for more rants like these! The Candy Book Tag!

Greetings Earthlings! Today I’m doing the Candy Book Tag! I saw meltingpotsandothercalamities *it’s a really cool blog check it out do this and I thought that it was pretty funny and interesting and I decide to do it. Let’s began!

Ah. Healthy food. It is deep, meaningful, and probably won a lot of awards but, um, it really isn’t your thing.

Basically any classics. Look I get that classic books were the ones that started the book lovers and a lot of people love them but I can never get into them. I’ve read a lot of classics that people love like 1984, Dracula, and even the Once and Future King and I can’t get into them at all. I get that they are all probably great to some people but I just don’t see how.

Milk Chocolate

milk chocolate blocks

This is a book you’d recommend to absolutely EVERYONE.

What don’t a recommend? I recommend books that I think are worth people’s time. A book or a series that I have been recommending a lot lately is the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan.

I just started rereading this books and every Percy and Annabeth scene I’m just like screaming inside because they are so young and in love! These books are just the funniest and greatest things I’ve ever read! If you haven’t read these books then I highly recommend them. Don’t watch those movies though. Just don’t!

Black Jellybeans

Why do these exist??

First off, I didn’t even know that these were even a thing. What the hell? What flavor even is that? Well I have some books that I like shouldn’t exist *cough fifty shades cough* but I’m going with The Girl Online books by Zoe Sugg.

I have reviews for Girl Online and Girl Online: On Tour and I have talked about how I feel about them a lot and I don’t love these books. They are just the worst and she keeps writing them or maybe someone else is writing them and she is just taking the credit for them because it was announced that the first book was ghost written but nothing has been said about the other two. These books have characters who never get good development and whatever they get development somewhere in the book it’s just forgot and they return to the way they were. I wish these books just went away. I haven’t read the last one and I’m not looking forward to it.

Chocolate Kisses

Awww this novel had the best romance.

I really hate questions like these because I can’t ever decide. I have too many ships and too many loves to decide but for the first time I’m actually going to pick a couple. This is a couple that has known each other since they were twelve years old and have saved the world so many times. They are so perfect for each other and they have a very heathy relationship. If you haven’t guessed yet it’s Percy and Annabeth from the Percy Jackson series.

Like I said I’m rereading these books and I’m just remind about how cute and perfect their relationship is. I know that they are a lot of other couples that have great romances in books and I very each love those books. But these guys are perfect!

Gummy Spiders

Eek! You made sure to check under your bed every night for a week after reading this scary one.

I don’t watch scary things or read them because I know how I’m going to end for me so yeah I don’t have answer for this one.

Jumbo Lollipop

This took you forever to get through, but hey! You did it!

This is easy. A book that took me forever was The Wheel of Time Companion.

This books took me a whole month to finish and I loved it. It was so worth it!

Cotton Candy

Admit it, you loved this when you were younger (you probably still do). Think children’s or MG fiction.

Again another easy one. A series I loved when I was kid and still do is the 39 Clues series by a lot of authors.

I have a post talking about this series which you can read here. This series was so much fun to read as a kid and every once and while I go back and read one of the books and it’s like nostalgia! I just always have a great time reading these books.

That was fun! Thank guys for reading tag! It was much fun. I’m spring break right now and I’m hoping to get a lot done. I’m tagging you guys to do this if you guys want to do. I post review, rants, and other stuff one this blog once every weeks. Like, Comment, and follow for more rants like these! Also make sure to follow my social media links.

Bookclub: Epic Adaptations

Greetings everyone! Today I’m doing the social media book tag!

What is your favorite short book?

*follow my twitter @geekiestgalaxy

I don’t read a lot of short books because there aren’t that many out there in the world and I like big books and I can not lie. You have to put a lot of stuff into book and they are usually very big in the end. I’ll go with Halfling by Caleb James!

I love this book! It’s not well known which I hate because it is soooo great and beautiful *go read it. It’s really short too. I read this in one day. I probably could have finished it soon but Harry Potter weekend was on so I was busy. I want more though and according to goodreads it’s a series so where is book two?

What was a book that you were pressured into reading?

*like my Facebook page here

I sometimes read books that I want to read but for most of the classics I was pressured into reading like Percy Jackson, Harry Potter and my choice for this one is the Hunger Games by Susanne Collins.

I could have been a hipster Hunger Games fan but I wasn’t because my sister had just read and I was in the fourth grade and I thought it was about people eating each other. About a week before the film released I read the first book and I loved it but now I wish that I had read earlier so that I could say that I was into before it was cool.

What was a book that you read before it was cool?

*follow my tumblr here

I’m not a book hipster. I always read books after they have a movie or have been around of a long time. Examples being the Hunger Games, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, and the Mortal Instruments. But there is a book that is the reason I don’t want to be a book hipster and that book is The Fault in Our Stars by John Green.

I read this book a couple years before the movie came but it was popular because some people had it. I read this book and no one else had and I had so many feelings that I couldn’t talk to anyone about because no one knew about this book and the people that I knew liked books wanted to read it. It was painful going through it myself and that is why I’ll never be a book hipster because it’s too painful.

What is a book that you don’t remember liking?

*i don’t have a myspace

This happens with some books that I read and I hate when it happens. One of being After by Anna Todd but a book that I don’t remember if I like is Girl Online by Zoe Sugg.

I have a review for this book here and I said that I thought that it was okay and cute but I just keep going back and fourth about how I feel. After reading that second book I wonder how I like the book in the first pace because one goodreads my original rating was five stars and now it’s two stars. The three book is out and I don’t want to read but I will and I pray that it the last one.

What was a book that you want to model with?

*it’s better organized now I promise

What is a book that you think should be turned into a film?

Well, I have mixed feelings about book adaptions which I have made very clear. For this I will pick Eye of the World by Robert Jordan.

I have many post about how I think Wheel of Time deserves a adaptions *check them out here, here, and here. We have been given chances to have a tv and movies but they have never happened and it makes me sad because this series has so much to offer!

That was fun! Thank guys for reading tag! It was much fun. I’m sorry that I didn’t post last week like I said it’s been crazy. I’m tagging you guys to do this if you guys want to do. I post review, rants, and other stuff one this blog once every weeks. Like, Comment, and follow for more rants like these! Also make sure to follow my social media links.

The Pokémon Go Book Tag!

Greetings everyone! Today I’m doing the Pokemon Go book tag!

I get that Pokemon isn’t really in anymore and I’m not a huge Pokemon fan but hey this tag seems like a lot of fun so I’m doing it.

Let’s begin!

For this I’m going to have to pick the series that kick started my fangirl heart which is the the 39 clues series *read my review here.

I do have to give the Emily Windsnap series, A to Z Mysteries, and When You Reach Me honorable mentions because they also help start the book inch but the 39 Clues is like the first series that I completely fangirl over. Fun fact, my mom bought this book for my old sister but I was the one who read the book after I stole it.

For this I’m picking two books which are To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee and Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling.

To Kill a Mockingbird is one of the best classics of all time and you know any one of the five  classics I’ve read. Harry Potter is sooooooooooo ionic and one of all time favorite books and movies. It got me through a part in my life that wasn’t so bright and colorfully and I will forever be thankful.

I’m picking a book that I loved when I first read but after four movies and a really giant hype over these books I’m kind of over them. This series is the Hunger Game by Suzanne Collins.

I loved this series but like I said four movies and soo make hyde that I get stand this series any more. I know it’s a great series but I’m just over it.

I’m going to pick Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard.

There are things this series that aren’t totally original but hell I love these books. They are just so fast pace and intense and I think that they are just the best! I still love them. I don’t really see any of the comparisons but apparently they are there. Frankly I don’t care so. If a story is good.

The size of the books never really bother me. I mean I’ve read Game of Thrones series and the Wheel of Time series. In fact when I see a giant book, I think I start floating towards it. There is a book though and that book is War and Peace. I’m mainly not going to read it  because I don’t read classic but whenever I read small classics the seem longer so reading that book would feel like to would be forever!

I have a book from the list about books that have kept me up and that is the beautiful, heart breaking, book that made me unstable called A Memory of Light by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson *read review for series here and another post talking about this series here.

I’ve told this story before and I’m telling it again. I was reading the last battle at a track meet and I was trying to stay calm because no one wants to see a girl cry at a track meet. It was so hard though because every time I turned the page someone died and it was painful! I closed the book because I had to run and then I got home at like 11:00 and stayed late just so I could finished it! Then I cried because I finished the best series ever.

I have too many to pick so I’ll just pick my obsessions which are Dorian and Celaena  from Throne of Glass, Rhysand and Feyre from A Court of Thorns and Roses, Alec and Magnus from Mortal Instruments, Rand and Aviendha, Min Farshaw, and Elayne Trakand from Wheel of Time, and Percy and Annabeth from Percy Jackson.

I’m picking Heir of Fire by Sarah J. Maas.

I have a review for this book here which you should totally check out here. This book is the best in the series and man it’s great. It’s got fairies, it’s got love, it’s got betrayal, it’s got a lot of character development. It’s everything you want from a great book. You should totally read this series because it’s so great.

The Mortal Instrument series by Cassandra Clare, and the Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare, and the Dark Artifices by Cassandra Clare because they are all so great. I have a review for Lady Midnight here but I’m rereading the other books and will have reviews for the other books up soon.

I’ve picked a book I just got the other day that everyone is talking about and I can’t wait to read and that book is Three Dark Crowns by Kendare Blake.

This book sounds so cool and fantastic. It’s about three girls who are princess and have powers and they must fight for the throne. Only one girl can be queen. I have been avoiding spoilers and any reviews on this book so that I can just read in peace because that is all I want.

I’m picking the Mortal Instruments again because the reason it took me so long to read was because my mom told me that it wasn’t a good series but I loved it.

I just want all the leather bound editions of the Wheel of Time books because they are so pretty! Look at them!

SO BEAUTIFUL!! I went to Barnes and Noble to go stare at them and to my disappointment they weren’t there.

I don’t know if this is her first novel but according goodreads it is so I’m picking Trapped in Silver by Emily Sowden.

I’m so looking forward for this book and it comes out next year in February and yes it is a OfTomes book because I’m like so obsessed with OfTomes books. It’s not my fault they keep publishing more great books.

Right now that is Sarah J. Maas author of Throne of Glass and A Court of Thorns and Roses.

I’m waiting for Lord of Shadows by Cassandra Clare, the six and finale book in the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas, and Winds of Winter by George R.R. Martin *seriously it’s been six years man.

That was fun! Thank guys for reading tag! It was much fun. I’ve been posting a lot lately how long do you think that will last? I’m tagging you guys to do this if you guys want to do. I post review, rants, and other stuff one this blog once every weeks. Like, Comment, and follow for more rants like these! Also make sure to follow my social media links.

The Creatures of the Night Book Tag!

Greetings everyone! Today I’m doing the creatures of the night book tag! This tag was created by Kat from Katytastic so go check that video out here and it was created last year and I’ve want to it since when I first saw everyone else do it. I didn’t have a blog then but now I have one so I can do it!!! *yay!! I know that you are supposed to pick a book that has these monsters but I want do it differently.

Let’s began!

I don’t read a lot of vampire books but I do have a favorite book vampire and it’s Simon Lewis from the Mortal Instruments series!

I guess this is a spoiler alert if you haven’t read pass City of Bones or watched the show. I love Simon so much he is my favorite vampire. He is just such a cool character and I just want to protect him forever! I also seriously ship Sizzy *#sizzyforever!!!

I don’t really like werewolves because they are either really annoying or just not need *cough Jacob black cough*. But I have to pick a werewolf so I’m picking Remus Lupin from Harry Potter.

I guess this is also a spoiler alert from Prisoner of Azkaban. Lupin is a pretty cool character he helps Harry during his third year and he stands by one of his best friends when he is put in jail and he escapes from jail. Lupin is very cool every one and we should be sad about what happened in Death Hallows.

For this one I’m picking Liv More from iZombie!

You guys are probably like ‘wait that’s a show not a book’ but this started as GRAPHIC NOVELS!!!!! I love Liv she is such a great character. Instead of being like the rest of the zombies who just murder people and children, Liv eats brains of the dead and uses their memories to solve their deaths. You guys need to watch this show!

I don’t read a lot ghost books because there aren’t lot of paranormal books that I know about. I’ve read like three but I think I’m going to pick Anna from Anna dressed in blood.

I was so emotional unstable after reading the first book. The end just killed! I didn’t like the second book as much but it’s been awhile since I’ve read that so I don’t remember that much. Anna was cool ghost and her and Cas were so cute! It’s becoming a show on hulu and Stephenie Meyer is writing it!

Witches or Wizards

Everyone from Harry Potter.

I’m not kidding they are all great. *#harrypotterforever

I’m picking Magnus Bae Bane from the Mortal Instruments!

The best warlock ever! I’m pretty sure he is like the only warlock I’ve read about.

I don’t read a lot of Fairies either because they all suck. But I have one and his name is Rhysand from the Court of Thorns and Roses!

*sexy motherf***

I love him! He is the best and even though I didn’t totally love him until book two, I love him.

I’m picking my sweet baby Roth from the Dark Elements series.

He is hot, funny, hot, sweet, better than Zayne, hot. He was the only I kept reading the Dark Elements series because I grew to hate everyone else except him.

I only have one favorite angel and he is from a TV show so I’ll just pick the Mortal Instruments series *i’m following the rules now.

I’m picking Six from the Lorien Legacies series.

For the record, I’m picking book Six with black hair and is kicks unlike movie Six with blonde hair and an accent. She is great and so cool. I love her and Sam together.

Humans with Superpowers

For this I’m picking Harper Price from Rebel Belle!

If you have read this book, you should because it’s basically Buffy mets Legally Blonde mets Terminator. So you know it’s like the best thing ever!!!!

That was fun! I’m sorry that I didn’t get out in October but October was a crazy month for me so yeah. Well Christmas is coming soon so I hopefully there will be a tag for that and I’ll do it on time. Thank guys for reading tag! It was much fun. I’m sorry that I didn’t post last week like I said it’s been crazy. I’m tagging you guys to do this if you guys want to do. The T-Swift Book Tag (AKA Taylor Swift Book Tag)

Hello everyone! Today I’m doing the Taylor Swift Book Tag!! *I know she isn’t really loved right now by some people but Ive wanted to do this tag for along time. This tag was a created by TheBookLife who can find here and I’ll link the original video. I saw Christine from PolandBananasBooks and Sasha from ABookUtopia do this tag and I’ve wanted to do it ever since then.

Let’s began!

1. We Are Never Getting Back Together

A book or series that you were pretty sure you were love with but now you’re thinking maybe we should break up

For this I’m picking The Mortality Doctrine by James Dashner,

I was going to pick The Maze Runner but I was more disappointed with this series. I loved the first two books in this series but the three book was such a let down. It was like the Death Cure, the original plot was just dropped and something new was brought in and it was insane. I didn’t like it and it could have been better if it stay the original way.

2. Red

A book with a red cover

I’m picking my current read right now which is Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier,

This book is really good so far and I having a feeling it’s going to be a lot of fun. Time travel books are something that I’ve always wanted to read more of.

3. The Best Day

A book that makes you feel nostalgic

I could re read this series and watch the movies over and over again. I love it so much! Harry Potter is my favorite series and I will always feel at home. It so good. I talk about Harry Potter a lot because IT’S SO GOOD!!!!!

4. Love Story

A book with forbidden love

For this I’m picking Delirium by Lauren Oliver,

Dystopia books, the world where basic everything is forbidden. This book is a lot of fun and very intense but there is a forbidden love in this mainly because in this story they think love is a disease and the government picks who people love. I bet you can’t guess what happens next? That’s right…… she falls in love with someone who wasn’t picked for her!

5. I Knew You Were Trouble

a bad boy character that you can’t help but love

I don’t like a lot of bad boy character because they are the same thing over and over again. ‘Oh I’m dark and mysteries. Oh I acted like I don’t care and I’m not smart  but I really care and I’m a super genius. You should stay away from me. No come back. No stay away. I have a tragic past and a lot of family problems.’ It’s the same thing every time!

*I could go on but let’s save that for a different post.

I will pick a character though and he’s from a book series but I’m picking the tv show version of him because he is soooooooooooo much better and that is Damon Salvatore from the Vampire Diaries tv show. *not the books

Now I’m only on season one so I don’t know if he becomes good or anything but he is really evil right now and I can’t help but love him! He is so gorgeous!

6. Innocent

a book where someone spoiled the ending

Dance of  Dragons by George R.R. Martin

My dear friend spoiled me for a death in this book. Now when it comes to spoilers I suck when it comes to avoiding them because they are every where and I have no control. When I started Game of Thrones, I tried so hard to make it without getting spoiled. I brought one of the books to school and she just said happened at the end. It sucked.

7. Everything has change

a character that has gone though character development

I’m going with the whole family from the 39 Clues because they go from trying to kill each to being able to tolerate each other. If that’s not development then I don’t know what is.

8. You Belong to Me

your next anticipated release

9. Always and Forever

your favorite book couple

You think I can just one book couple and move on. I have too many couples. The list is endless!

10. Come Back, Be Here

a book that you probably wouldn’t lend out

You know that you aren’t going to get all my copies of the Doon series.

Two are these books are signed and I was able to get the last book before it came out. No one but me can touch them!

11. Tear Drops on My Guitar

a book that made you cried

I’ve already talked about.

12. Shake It Off

a book that you love and just have shake off the haters

I know this isn’t the greatest series of all time but I still like this series even though the last book wasn’t so great.

And that was the Taylor Swift book tag! Feel free to do this tag if you want.  I hope you enjoyed this tag. Like, Comment, and follow for more rants like these! Also make sure to follow my social media links.

The Hamilton Book / TV show Tag

Hello everyone!! Today I’m doing the Hamilton Book / TV show tag! It was original the Hamilton Book Tag created by Maureen Keavy who you can find here. My friend just introduced into Hamilton and I LOVE IT!!!!! I’ve been listening to the soundtrack for about four days now and I have a problem. WARNING THIS DOES HAVE SPOILERS!!

If you don’t now what Hamilton is, you probably do unless you’ve been living under a rock. Hamilton is a musical about Alexander Hamilton, one of the founding fathers of the Unites  States. Also the guy on the 10 dollar bill *look at that I finally taught you something. This was original just the book tag but for some for theses question I have TV answers for this.

Let’s go!

1. The Room Where it Happen

No one else was in
The room where it happened
The room where it happened
The room where it happened

What book world would you put yourself in?

This is an obvious one, for a book I would have to Harry Potter by J.K Rowling.

I want to go to Hogwarts. I can just pass as tall 11 year old. I just want to be friends with all the characters and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!

For a TV show, I have to pick Merlin.

This shows is soo much fun and I want to be in this universe. Just this tv show version of Merlin I don’t want any of that Once and Future nonsense.

2. The Schuyler Sisters

Angelic! Eliza! And Peggy!

The Schuyler Sisters!

What female character do you think is underrated?

For a book, I’m picking Moraine from the Wheel of Time series.

Not one Randlander out there talks about Moraine. If Moraine hadn’t been there in the beginning, the rest of characters would be no where without her. I get that Moraine disappear for like half the series but I CHOOSE NOT BELIEVE THAT SHE IS DEAD!!

For TV show, I’m picking Dawn from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

A lot of fans don’t like Dawn because they think she’s whiny. But if you found out that you weren’t real and your own life hadn’t been real how would you. Dawn is a great character *duh she’s a joss whedon character and one that no one talks about. Dawn needs to be talked about more because she really grows as character and is just as badass as her sister.

3. My Shot

I am not throwing away my shot!
I am not throwing away my shot!
Hey yo, I’m just like my country
I’m young, scrappy and hungry
And I’m not throwing away my shot!

What are character goes after what they want when they want it?

For a book and TV I’m going to choose Clary Fray from the Mortal Instrument series.

Even though most people probably wouldn’t consider Clary with this but if you think about she goes after what she wants. When it comes to the people she loves, Clary will stop at nothing to save. Clary goes after what she whats when she wants and saves everyone in the end. I know that sometimes when doing this stuff she gets herself in trouble but she always gets out in the end.

4. Stay Alive

Everyone attack! Retreat! Attack! Retreat! What are you doing, Lee? Get on your feet!

But there’s so many of them! I’m sorry is this not your speed?

What character do you wish was still alive?

For a book, I’m picking Dumbledore.

I will always want Dumbledore to be alive. So does every other Potterhead out there. There was no need for this and he was too much of amazing character to be killed off.

For a TV, I’m picking Tara from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Deciding a character from a TV that you want to be alive is hard because I watch a lot of TV shows where a lot of characters die but this one was the worst. Tara’s death was probably the worst one. She die because she was hit by a bullet that wasn’t even meant FOR HER!! I love Tara and she didn’t need to die. The worst part is that Joss said that if the show stayed on one more season then Tara would have come back to life.

5. Burn

I’m erasing myself from the narrative
Let future historians wonder how Eliza
Reacted when you broke her heart
You have torn it all apart
I am watching it

What end to a relationship was the heartbreaking?

For a book, I’m picking Alec and Magnus from the Mortal Instruments.

I LOVE Magnus and Alec! They are one of my favorite OTPs. They break up so heartbreaking and every time I read I cry. They got back together in the end and thank goodness for that.

For TV I’m picking Buffy and Angel.

One of the most heartbreaking break ups of all time. Buffy and Angel go through so much and it’s beautiful and heartbreaking and their like the best couple ever. But they ending to their relationship always causes me soo many feels. DAMN JOSS WHEDON AND HIS TALENT FOR WRITING THIS LOVE STORY!!

6. You’ll be back

You’ll be back
Like before
I will fight the fight and win the war
For your love
For your praise
And I’ll love you till my dying days

Who is the sassiest villain?

For a book, I’m picking Ian and Natalie from the 39 Clues series.

I know that their not really villains but in the beginning of the series they weren’t the nice people you can’t get sassier than them. They do grow as characters that make them less of villains but theses guys are sass master and very smart.

For TV show I’m picking Jim Moriarty from Sherlock.

Yeah this guy can get pretty twisted but come on guys this clearly deserves this spot. You will never find a villain as great and sassy as this guy.

7. The Reynolds Pamphlet

Well, he’s never gon’ be President now
Well, he’s never gon’ be President now
Well, he’s never gon’ be President now

What Book had a twist that you didn’t see coming?

For a book, I’m picking We are Liars by E.Locket. I’m only picking a book for this because TV are hard to pick.

I hated this plot twist. Really what is the point of having  characters in a story  AND THEN IT TURNS OUT THAT THEY WERE JUST APART OF HER IMAGINATION!!! WHO DOES THAT?

8. Nonstop

How do you write like tomorrow won’t arrive?
How do you write like you need it to survive?
How do you write every second you’re alive?
Every second you’re alive? Every second you’re alive?

What series did you marathon?

I marathon Harry Potter all the way through.

And I binge watched the crap out of all 9 seasons of Supernatural.

9. Satisfied

I’m a girl in a world in which my only job is to marry rich.
My father has no sons so I’m the one who has to social climb for one,
so I’m the oldest and the wittiest and the gossip in New York City is insidious,
Alexander is penniless, Ha! That doesn’t mean I want him any less.

Favorite book with multiply points of views?

November 9th by Colleen Hoover

They’re only two point of views in this story but it was soo cute! I just read it and it’s adorable! They was a plot twist that wasn’t really need because Colleen Hoover puts in her books but this book was great!

10. Who lives, Who dies, Who tells your story

Who lives?
Who dies?
Who tells your story?

What book and TV do you think will live on forever?

Again I’m going with Harry Potter.

This is amazing book series! Everyone should read it and I think everyone has read it. More Harry Potter stuff just keeps coming and that’s a sign that this series will live forever.

For TV show, I’m picking a show that’s been on for 50 years Doctor Who!

This show is a that everyone either watches and love or just knows about. It’s so well known and popular that this series will probably go on for a while. If does end then chances are that it will probably be pick again in the the future.

And that was the Hamilton Book Tag! Feel free to do this tag if you want. There are some bonus question that I will make another post for sometime. I hope you enjoyed this tag. Like, Comment, and follow for more rants like these! Also make sure to follow my social media links.
