Greetings Earthling! Today I’m reviewing Gravity Falls!

+ A: Perfect story with get characters and fantastic plot line.

I watched this show in 2017 and I think that I have watched it about five times since then and each time I cry and I laugh and I have never loved a show as much. It has honestly has become one of my favorite shows of all time. It’s just soooo good and wonderful. I love this show so much. If you don’t know what this show was about then I’m going to tell you right now and then you are going to and watch it because it is so good. This show follows Dipper and Mabel Pines who are twins that are sent to a town called Gravity Falls for the summer to live with their Great Uncle Stan. They soon discover that the town of Gravity Falls is filled with mystery and unknown creatures and they find a journal that has some answers but also adds more questions.

The first time I ever watched an episode of this show was some time around like 2013 or 2014 and I was at the someplace and they had an episode playing on the TV. I watched it and I had a fun time watching it but unfortunately I had stopped watching Disney Channel at that time so I wasn’t able to start watching. Flash forward a couple years later, the show ended and I watched Nostalgia Critic and he was talking about this show and I thought maybe I should give it a try. So in fall of 2017 I needed something to watch and I watched this show over the weekend and I cried and laugh so much. Then I rewatched it and cried again and then I watched it with my sister and we both cried. I’ve watched this show so many times and I love it. It has honestly become one of my all time favorite shows.

I love the characters and the story. I wish it had more episodes but honestly I remember how satisfying the ending is and I don’t care that there are only two seasons because they are so wonderful. If you haven’t watched this show then I highly recommend it because it will make you laugh and cry. It is so beautiful and wonderful. That’s it for my non spoiler section. This show is on Hulu and it is good! WATCH IT!

SO during my rewatch I’ve spotted so many different things that lead up to the answers and the mysteries that come later on. Like how Bill appears at the end of the opening credits. In the episode where Dipper and Mabel switch bodies, Stan finds a pair of glasses  and you seeing him staring at them with a sad look on his face and it’s Ford’s glasses! It’s just so sad! The plot twist in season two that Stan had a twin brother and you see what happen to them and I just sob because it was so sad. How can this show go from making me laugh to making me cry so fast!

I honestly love season two but I can’t watch it without crying. Usually when I watch something I cry the first two times but then I stop after that but with Gravity Falls I’ve watched it like five times and I cry every time! It’s just so good and I love these characters so much. The last four episodes of season two always break me. I happy cry every time I watch the ending because I want more episodes but I’m so satisfied with how it ended that I don’t want more. It don’t want to ruin it. It’s just so perfect!

The characters will always be some of my favorites. They start off like these stereotypes of characters we have seen before but the more you watch the more you learn about them and you see them go through a journey and how much they care about other. I love the relationship between Mabel and Dipper because they just have one of the best sibling relationships I’ve seen on TV. The scenes where they fight are always the hardest for me because they are just so close and they work so well together. In season two after we met Ford I was so scared that Mabel and Dipper were going to be like Ford and Stan and the finale would be some Gilmore Girls full circle shit where they get into a fight and don’t speak for years. I’m so glad that the ending is a happy one.

I love this show and the characters and the story and I will watch forever! Have you guys watched this show? What did you think of it? Did you like or did you hate it? Let me know! I hope you enjoyed this review and make sure to look out for more coming your way. You should follow my book club here and other social media links. I posted rants like this once a week every week. Sherlock Season One Review!

Greetings Earthlings! Today I’m reviewing Season One of Sherlock!

So ever since I’ve read the Charlotte Holmes series I’ve been in this kick lately to read or watch a lot of Sherlock Holmes. After I read Sherlock Holmes: Complete Novels and Stories Volume One, I decided to rewatch Sherlock. Sherlock used to be on my all time favorite shows but I can’t decided if I still do because I have very mixed feelings on the last season. So I will be rewatching the show and reviewing each of the seasons! Season one is great season as I think it does a good job setting everything up and it’s soo good! I love how with in episode one and two there are the mysteries and they come together so beautifully and at the end of each episode they add onto this other threat that makes the third episode so wonderful and satisfying.

If I had to give the whole season a rating all together then it would probably be an -A. Even though I do fine this show get and wonderful, I don’t love episode two and it can be kind of slow at some points. I will be getting more spoilery so if you haven’t watched season one then you have to leave. Go watch and then come back. There are three episodes and they are on Netflix. If you have watched this yet, I highly recommend it. Bye Non spoiler people!

Let’s start with the first episode the Study in Pink which is loosely based off the first Sherlock Holmes book the Study in Scarlet. I’ve seen this episode a lot mainly because when I started watching this show, I watched without my family, then with my mom, and then with the rest of my family and then a couple more times after that. So weirdly I had a hard time getting through this episode in my rewatch because I’ve seen it so many times. Never the less it is still a good episode. It can be kinda of slow at some points but like I have said before with Sherlock retellings they normally start off slow because they have to set everything. I’m glad that this episode does that because it does it so wonderfully. You met John and you see all this stuff about him and then you meet Sherlock and as the episodes go on you feel like you really know these characters.

If you don’t know there was a sixty minute unaired pilot but then BBC requested that they make it 90 minutes. I just found that out recently so if you didn’t know that then fun fact for you. While watching this episode I sort of had a debate with myself about whether this episode would have worked better as sixty minutes. I think it work though as a 90 minute thing. I just allowed more things to be introduced and more time for us to get into the story. I do really the love the mystery of this episode. I don’t know it’s just so interesting. I love the scene where Sherlock is with the cab driver and it’s just so tense and then when John shot him I was like ‘YES’ because I thought something bad was going to happen even though I was only on episode one.

I do love the acting in this show. Both Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman are great in this show. Everyone knows that so I’m basically repeating what people have already said but I mean it. They are so great as these characters. They always do a wonderful job. The Study in Pink was a great episode even though it did have some slow moments. I think that I’m going to give then The Study in Pink a -A.

Now onto the Blind Banker which has always been one of my least favorite episodes simply because for the longest time I had no clue what the hell was happening in this episode. Over my last two rewatches of this episodes I’ve exactly come to like this episode more as I’ve started paying attention and I figured everything out. The Blind Banker is an original idea episode meaning it wasn’t based off a Sherlock Holmes book. Honestly during this rewatch I really liked this episode more then I previously had. It’s still not my favorite episode but I did enjoy it more. I really like how they set so many things up and then they all come to together. It’s just so good! One thing I didn’t like about this episode was the police guy whose name I don’t remember. He was just so annoying! Like shit was going down and he was just like ‘Oh I don’t like Sherlock so I’m not going to do anything’ and I was like ‘Dude you are the worst cop ever’.

I mean Sherlock and John also kind of got on my nerves as like Sherlock just keeps leaving and then John gets very angry and I was like ‘Guys come on’. I think my favorite thing about this episode was the ending. We get another reference to someone master minding everything. It’s just so good. All we know is that someone called M is doing this and they kill the lady behind everything. So much happens and it gets us started for the next episode which I’ll talk about in second. Another reason this episode is good because  it isn’t as slow as the first episode. We know who the characters so there less to set up and we can just get started and learn the mystery.

Story wise this episode is good. I feel like I have been too hard on this episode in the past because honestly even though there are things that bother me a bit I do enjoy it. It still isn’t my first episode as I’m not that into the mystery of this episode. I don’t know just with the first episode they mystery was so interesting and I was really into it. With this one when it took while for me to get into it. I did enjoy the Blind Banker, it’s not my favorite but I enjoy it. I’m giving the Blind Banker an +B.

The next episode is The Great Game and it is my favorite episode in season one. Where the villain that has been lurking in the shadows finally comes into play and it is great and dark and so good!!!!! SO in this episode when see the smiley face on the wall which has now become like an icon and we get Sherlock being bored. If you have been confused whenever those things have been referenced well now you know. Baker Street blows up everything is okay but they find a pink phone which starts leading the to mysteries and if they don’t solve that mystery then a person will die. Moriarty is my villain of Sherlock and he is just so amazing and the fact is you don’t even know him before he is introduced. You don’t even know his name until the last couple minutes of the episode.

The whole episode is just Sherlock fighting against this guy who we don’t even know which is honestly the thrill of this episode. You don’t know who the villain is but you know what he can do so it is enough for you to fear him. This opens a lot up for who this guy and the first time I watched this episode and Sherlock was about to have to show down and John comes out. For a second I thought it was John but then he takes off the coat and he is wearing a bomb and AHHH! This episode is just so intense and its great! I also think that this episode is good because Moriarty just appears and we don’t think anything about him so when he finally reveals himself, it’s just so shocking!

The cliffhanger was so great because you think that everything is going to fine and then Moriarty just comes back and it’s like fuck. And then Sherlock points the gun at the bomb and the screen goes black. I watched this for the first time in 2011 so I didn’t wait as long as everyone else did but still I was shook and I was so scared for season two. I really enjoyed this episode because there are so many different elements to it and the climax is intense and epic and honestly this is way the show is great. I’m going to give this episode an +because it just so good.

I love this season. I love this show and I can’t wait to rewatch the rest of it because it’s just so great! It is so wonderful. I love how everything is done and it’s so great. Have you guys watched this show? What did you think of it? Did you like or did you hate it? Let me know! I hope you enjoyed this review and make sure to look out for more coming your way. Top 10 Favorite TV Shows! | 2018 Spring Edition

Greetings Earthlings! Today I’m doing a top 10 of all my favorite shows of spring of 2018! I did one for winter in February which you can read here. It’s a little late. It’s very late as it’s almost June but I wanted to do this now before we were too deep into the summer. Let’s began!

But first some honorable mentions!

The Good Doctor

I started this show because of Freddie Highmore. I love him so I started watching this show with my sisters and my mom and even though I’m not a big fan of medical dramas I have really enjoyed this episode I have watched. Like this isn’t one of my favorite shows but I’m having a good time.

The Residents

Another medical drama that I started because of an actor. The guy that plays Logan on Gilmore Girls is in this show so I started watching it. I don’t really pay a lot attention while I watch this show. Most of the time there will be like one story line that I’m interested and I’ll focus on that. It is a good story though.

Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell

I started this show because I got the book and I didn’t finish that book because it was so boring. It was like 1000 pages so I didn’t want to waste my time when I wasn’t enjoying. I was on Netflix and I discovered that BBC made a mini series about it so I started watching that. I’m on episode five and I’m liking it but I’m not loving it. The acting is good and the sets are beautiful but I’m not that into the story.

#10 Fraiser

I put this on my winter list and I have now finished it now and oh my god it was good! I had the best time watching this show. It was so much fun. I don’t really know how I feel about the finale episode because it just ends and leaves things out in the open. Despite that though I had a great time. It was amazing and this show is so funny. I would highly recommend it.

#9 Crazy Ex Girlfriend

I have been watching this show for a while and I always forget to put this show on one of these list. Honestly it would have been higher on this list but unfortunately I had the hardest time watching this season. I do love that they are trying to talk more about mental health and I think that it is good for them but I wasn’t in the best place when I started watching and it wasn’t the fun show that I signed up for. I do still love this show, I just wish I had watched it at a different time.

#8 iZombie

I was so worried about this season given how season three ended but honestly I’m really enjoying this season so far. It’s talking about politics and the real right now but it’s not all at the same time and it’s so much fun to watch. If you don’t know this show follows Liv who is a zombie and when she eats brains, she get that person’s memories and uses this to solve crimes. It’s such a fun show and I highly recommend it.

#7 Pride And Prejudice

I watched the BBC adaption of Pride and Prejudice. I read Pride and Prejudice this year and my best friend has been telling me about this show for years and she loves it so I started watching it with my mom. I had a lot of fun watching this. It is a really good adaption of the book. Like it’s really good! The acting is wonderful and it’s a great show.

#6 Black Lightning

There was so much hype around this show before it can out and I was really excited to watch and I can say that this show is great! It is so amazing! I think that I was a little scared that it would be like most of CW’s superhero shows but so far it has been great and I’m so glad I started watching it. If you haven’t watched Black Lightning yet then I highly recommend that you do.

#5 Miraculous Ladybug

Part One of season two has finally dropped onto Netflix. I’m reviewing is coming soon. Just look out for that. I really enjoyed season two. Honestly there were so many different things about it that gave me so many emotions. Because I’m doing a full review I don’t think I’m going to go into most of my feelings but you should know that I loved this season. I can’t wait for more episodes and Luka is overrated.

#4 We Bare Bears

I started watching this show because I just wanted something fun to watch. This show is funny, adorable, and emotional. I love this show. It is so much. The three bears remind me of my sisters and me which just adds onto it. It’s a lot of fun and I highly recommend this show.

#3 A Series of Unfortunate Events

Season two finally dropped! I love this show! I love the books and this is just an amazing adaption of them. This season is longer by like two episodes so season three will be the final season. It will cover books 10 – 13. I’m excited but I’m always scared because even though I’m excited to watch and I know what happens. I knew what happened this season though and I was like so scared and emotional the whole. This was great and everyone is sleeping on this show! Go watch it!

#2 Santa Clarita Diet

I had been waiting for a season two for so long and it finally happened and I’m so happy! I was worried about this season but the second I started watching it all my worries disappeared. This second season was much better then first and it is so amazing and if you haven’t watched this show then I highly recommend it because it’s so funny!

#1 One Day at Time

The show that has made me laugh and cry all at the same time. We are getting a season three and I’m so excited and I love it so much. It is so amazing!

And that is my favorite shows of Spring 2018! Do you guys agree with what I’ve said? Have you guys watched any of these shows? If not you really should. I hope you guys enjoy this top 10 list! Like, Comment, and follow for more rants like these! Greetings Earthlings! Today I’m talking about Star vs. the Forces of Evil!

*i couldn’t find a trailer so here is the opening

+ A: Perfect story with get characters and fantastic plot line.

I don’t know why I’m making this review. I watched Star in Fall of 2017 and I thought about doing a review but I was so stressed around that time that I didn’t do it. But now I’m still a little stressed but less stressed then normal and I’ve been rewatching a couple episodes and I’ve been looking at the summary for episodes of season three and I’m really emotional so we are going to talk about it. I have only have seen season two so I will mainly be talking about those two seasons. I might talk about season three from my nerves to want might happened and from what I’ve heard has happened and how I’m very emotional. I started watching Star because I had just finished Gravity Falls and I wanted something like that because I needed a new show to watch and I remember people had been talking about this show on Tumblr so I decided to start watching and just like Gravity Falls I didn’t expect to love this show as much as I did nor did I expect to make me cry.

Man kid shows are a lot more intense then the shows I watched when I was little. Seriously! So if you don’t know Star Vs the Forces of Evil is a show about a Princess named Star who when she is fourteen is gifted a magical wand that is passed down to the heir of the Thrones and they are always women! Such is so great! It’s like Buffy but with more magic wands and it’s a family thing. After she sets some things on fire, her parents send her to Earth where she can continuing her training cause there is no magic on Earth. On Earth she mets Marco Diaz who she moves in with him and his family and Marco helps her with Earth things while Star gives him what he wanted which was some adventure in his life and together they fight monsters that come after Star so that they can steal her magical wand.

Honestly if you like anime or cartoons or just a fun show that has an impact then I would highly recommend this show. This show has everything you want friendship, strong female characters, a male character who doesn’t suck and is so funny, traveling through dimensions, a super interesting storyline, and from what I know season three gets more intense so enjoy that fun season while it last friends. Star is so funny and adorable and yes she made not understand some things sometimes but she cares so much about her friends and her family so when it comes down to it she will take care of them because she loves them. Marco is such a wonderful friend and one of my favorite characters I love him and will protect him with my life! Also Starco forever. I think that it is for my spoilery free section and if you haven’t watched Star vs the Forces of Evil then you should leave if you don’t want to get spoiled! BYE!

I said it before I never expect to love this show as much as I do. I thought that this show was just so cute and I loved the relationship and the characters are so wonderful and entertaining that I was having such a good time. But then Toffee just shows up and I was like noo. This is my happy show please but make my happy show sad by hurting one of my characters! When he took Marco and Star had to break her wand I started crying because it was sad seeing my baby girl crying. Then the hug between after they discover the wand it was so beautiful and wonderful. I ship them so much! Starco forever. After that episode I was just thinking maybe this show will go back to be happy but then season two came around and it was like FUCK NO BITCH YOU CONTINUE CRYING! The whole time I was watching season two I had this feeling of something is going to happen and it is going to be bigger then last time.

Honestly I didn’t know how I felt about Star and Marco being a couple that first season because I thought they would have been cute but they have such a good friendship that I don’t want that to be ruined. Then season two came along and now I’m just like there is no other ship that isn’t Starco! STARCO IS CANCON! That episode where Marco gets locked in the closet and he has to figure out her secret to get out and he finds the journal that says her feelings on Marco and that was when I was like ‘Shit! She has a crush on Marco! What’s gonna happen?’ and then nothing like major happened for the next couple of episodes. But then the Bon Bon the birthday clown episode came and Marco gets a date with Jackie and Star gets jealous and spies on them on their date and I was just oh no things are about to get real intense up in here! Then Star mets 30 year old Marco and is super attracted to him and I was like who can blame you but then I was like   Star thinks Marco is hot and you can’t fight me on this!

We then have the Sleepover episode and the truth box says that one of them is lying about who they have a crush on but then they get into a whole thing and the box gets destroyed and thrown away. But then at the end of the episode Star screams Marco’s name and the box just goes ‘Yes Star has a crush on-‘ and then it crushed again! I was just like what! You can’t do this to me! Then the FUCKING JUST FRIENDS EPISODE! OMG! I just want Star to be happy and she just seemed so upset and I just wanted to protect her and give her love! If you don’t think she was upset then fight me because she basically destroyed a sign. Then comes Face the Music with Patrick Stump and he sings a song about the book being lost and Star having a thing for Marco and again I just wanted to comfort her because SHE DOESN’T DESERVE THIS PAIN! THEN STARCRUSHED HAPPENED AND I WAS CRYING SO MUCH! What is with this show and sad season finales?

The two are both awkward around each other ever since the song day happened and after a while they finally make up but then her mom tells her she has to leave because Toffee has returned and she finally confesses her feelings then leaves. He chase her up the stairs to talk to her but then the room is empty and then the credits is just silence as it shows the Diaz house and the place where Star’s room used to be and I just started crying because she left and she told Marco she liked him but before they could talk about she left and AHHHHHH! How could this show do this to me? I thought that this show would be cute and fun and it is that but then it just had to go and break me. I love Star and Marco and I just want them to be together. If they don’t get together I’m going to be so sad. I like Tom. He is fun character and I enjoy his friendship with Marco but I don’t like him being with Star. I’m sorry!

I don’t want Marco with Kelly either or Janna or Jackie…. I’m sorry if you disagree but this is just my opinion. I do think that Janna and Tom would be cute and I only think that because I read about it in a fanfiction and I thought that was cute. I haven’t see any episodes of season three but I have read some of the episode and I got so emotional that I started crying. I know it seems dumb but I love it so much.

That’s my post of Star Vs the Forces of Evil! Or aka why Starco is best post. I hope you enjoyed this post! If you haven’t watched this show, I highly recommend it! IF you have watched it then what do you think? Do you love it? Do you ship Starco? I hope so because I do and if they don’t become canon then I’m going to scream! Have you guys watched this show? What did you think of it? Did you like or did you hate it? Let me know! I hope you enjoyed this review and make sure to look out for more coming your way. Books, Movies, and Shows that made me cry!

Greetings Earthlings! So if you remember in like 2016 I did a post talking about the movies, shows, and books that made me cry. I’ve been wanting to redo that post mainly because I’ve cried watching a lot things since that post and I felt like I should do another one because it’s becoming a long list. I will be spoiling so look out! Let’s began!

Black Panther

The most recent one on my list as I saw it today *today as in February 18. It was amazing and I want to watch it again because it was so good. IF you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend it. It’s my favorite movie of this year. But I cried after the second challenge and you think that T’Challa is died. I knew that he wasn’t die as the movie is about him but I was so mad at the movie for doing this and I was sad watching the affects of his ‘death’ on his family that I started crying. It wasn’t like a big cry but still I was real emotional.

 Gravity Falls

Gravity Falls was that showed that I ever expected to love or break my heart. I started watching this show because I had seen some people talking about it and I needed a new show. Like Miraculous Ladybug I thought that this would be a fun show to watch and I spent the whole weekend watching it and I cried my eyes out. Season one was what I expected it to be but then I got to see two season and I cried almost every episode because they were so many emotions. The season finale broke my heart but at the same time it was lovely. It was just so amazing and wonderful. If you haven’t watched this show I highly recommend it.

Lord of Shadows by Cassandra Clare

I have a whole review talking about this book which you can read here and if you read that review then you know it fucking broke me. I had a lot of hype around Lord Of Shadows and my expectations were met. There are so many moments in this book to which I was having a break down but I think that the moment I had a metal down was around the end of the book. If this book had come out in a different time then I probably would have read it all in one night but this book came out in exam week which did not help me. I spent my whole week studying but in between breaks I read a little of this book. Then school ended for summer and I went up to my grandma’s for the weekend and all I did was read this book. I was tired and emotional so the more I read this book the more emotional I got and then I got to the point where I was crying. Then when I got to the end, I was in the middle of dinner with my cousins and I just sobbed. It was bad but this book was so good! I’m so excited for Queen of Air and Darkness.

I said it in my Spiderman post I cry watching superhero movies. I’ve seen this film twice and both times I’ve cried in the same fucking spot! If you don’t know this was the last Wolverine movie and so you have to expect somethings to happen but I did not expect to hit me as it did. It’s just an emotional movie and it was so great to watch and even though sometimes I have a probably with movies when they kill main leads but I thought that this one worked so well that I didn’t have a problem with that decision. It was just such a good film and I loved it so much.

Star vs. the Forces of Evil

This show! Like Gravity Falls and Miraculous I didn’t not expect to love this show as much as I did. The first season was so cute and funny and then that fucking finale broke me! I didn’t expect it to make me cry as much as I did. It just shows how much Star and Marco care about each other and what they would do together. Then I got to season two and in the beginning it was like season one but somethings were different as there was more mystery and more things to be learned about the world. Then those last couple episodes fucking broke me! I started crying again! I love Star and Marco so much! With the song and him learning that she had a crush on him but he was with Jackie and then Toffee coming back and her having to leave. The show just ended with the house and seeing what was left from where Star was was just so sad. I haven’t watched season three  yet because they haven’t added it to Hulu and I don’t have cable but I was reading some of the summary and I’ve seen stuff on tumblr and I started tearing up. I’m not ready!!! Also I’ll be making a full review on this show because I love it.

They Both Die at the End by Adam Silvera

My review should be up already so I put it here. If you are wondering what this book is about look at the title and that will give some clue and then just go on goodreads and look up the summary because I don’t wanna cry no more! I cried reading this book because the relationship is so beautiful and wonderful and the whole experience of this book was just great. I loved so of the moments that happens before they die and then one of them died and I started tearing up and then other things happened and then another one died and I broke down because the book decided to fucking end! Then I reviewed book and I cried writing that review because I was thinking about everything that happened in this book and I just love it soo much! Favorite book of the year!

Spider-man: Homecoming

Again crying in superhero movies. I said I was going to cry watching it and I did. I have a review for this which you can read here and that was a lot of fun. This movie was amazing and I loved it and I cried. I mainly cried during one scene which was the scene where Peter is under a bunch of rocks and he is trying to get out. The scene was just so wonderfully acted, Tom Holland is an amazing actor and he is great in the rest of this film but he just shined in that scene. I was also freaking out because if you don’t know it’s a scene from the comics and my best friend Abby and who saw the movie with me and we were like silently screaming in the theater. It was a great time and I enjoyed it so much! You know I’m going to be a mess when Infinity War comes out.

Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life

I did a review for this one and no one liked it which I was pretty sad about because I really love this show and I loved writing that review which you can read here. This was the revival of Gilmore Girls and it had four movie long episodes and the last one Fall was my favorite and I cried almost the whole time. I cried when Lorelai called Emily and finally told her favorite Richard moment. I cried during the wedding with her and Luke’s wedding. I loved that the name of book was called Gilmore Girls and that she was going to write. I was not expecting that ending and it broke my heart that we never got more and I WANT MORE! I’ve only rewatched Fall once and I cried again because it’s just so good and sad and wonderful!

The Upside of Unrequited by Becky Albertalli

upside of unrequited

I cried reading this at the worst possible time! I was back stage at a play and I had a small part so I would just sit and read a book. I had gotten a copy of this book from the library and I loved Simon so I knew that I was going to love this book to. I was sitting backstage reading this book and I could just relate to the main character with her having all these crushes and none of them liking her back but then she finally met someone and I was just like ‘this was the book I always need in my life!’. I started crying but then I remember I’m backstage and I have my whole face painted with makeup and I was about to go on stage and sing so I had to go put the book away so that I would stop crying! I then went and sang and tried to kidnap a girl *that’s just want i had to do with the play and then I finished everything up and I drove home and I finished this book and it was amazing! Simon is still my favorite but I love this book and I related a little more then I did to Simon.

Beauty and the Beast

Wow! What a shock! The movie based off my favorite childhood movie made me! It’s not like I made a post talking about how excited I was for it. Nor did I make a post about the original movie and I didn’t make a giant review talking about how much I loved this movie. But wait! I did all of that and I fucking sob watching this film. Beauty and the Beast just means so much to me and it’s one of my favorite movies of all time. Seeing it with Emma Watson and experiencing my favorite movie in theaters just brought be to tears and I just loved it. Also Evermore! Evermore fucking broke! When Tale as Old as Time started playing and they started dancing I was just like tears. I got so emotional that my friend who went to the movies went me had to hold my hand so that I could calm down. I love this so much! If you don’t like Beauty and the Beast and think it is unhealthy fight me!

This is Us

This should be obvious if you watch this show. IF you haven’t then you probably have heard about it. My mom started it and I would like sort of be in the room while she watched and then suddenly we started watching it together. One weekend I was home alone and I just binge all of season one and the episodes of season two that I hadn’t watched yet. I love this show but it breaks me into pieces. I posted a picture of me crying on instagram thinking it would be funny but then my extended family starting texting me and my parents to make sure I was okay. I don’t know why they didn’t see the text in the photo that said I was crying over the fact This is US and freaking Jack and the crockpot. If you haven’t watched This is US, you should and then you should tell me how much you cried. If you have watched This is Us and you haven’t cried then I ask you if you have a soul? Or did you just have better control of your emotions better then I do?

I hate Everyone by You by Gaby Dunn and Allison Raskin

If you’ve been around here then you know that I love this book. If you listen then you know that I didn’t love as much as I do now. I didn’t cry the first time I read this book but one day I was having a hard time. I was stressed and super depressed and I was watching Gaby and Allison videos on youtube because that always makes me feel better but I wanted to read a book so I just decided to read this book to make me happy and it did just that. It just related so much to my life at that time and it made me feel better and wonderful and it made me laugh and I cried. I tried to get my sister to read it but she decided not to because she hates reading. I love this book so much. It’s a lot of fun and it’s very real and I love it. I read it three times last year which is something I never do as I only want to read a book once a year but I loved this book so much that I just needed it. This has definitely become one of my all time favorites.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2

Incase you are wondering I did put the book Deathly Hallows on my list but I did not put the movie on there for some reason. Basically every time I watch this film I cry. It just happens. One time I wasn’t even watching it but my mom was and I came into the room to make my lunch and I was listening to it and I started tearing up because it’s soo sad! But it’s soo good! Watching this movie just leaves me as a mess.

Orphan Black

So Orphan Black ended last year and damn I was scared about what was going to happen next because damn! I was messed up! This last season didn’t start off too great as some of the episodes felt like filler episodes and sometimes it felt like we were doing things that didn’t needed to be done but I still held on tight and watched and the episodes got better and better then the finale happened!!!!!!!! AHHHH!!!!!!! I was just sitting and watching everything happen and it was so good. I didn’t cry until the end but then after it ended all I did for about ten minutes was cry off and on again. I would sob some and then stop sobbing and then I would think about everything that had happened and then I would cry again. It was like that for a while. I love this show and the lead actress was rob from an emmy!

Turtles All the Way Down by John Green

I have a review on this book which badly describes my feelings for this book as I had a hard time writing it. I didn’t cry while reading this book, I cried after I finished reading this book. I read this in one day like I went to the store to go get a present for my best friend which I did and then I saw a signed copy of this book and I bought it and I spent my whole day reading it. Then that night I was in bed and I finished it and for a second I didn’t know how I felt about it. I enjoyed it and I knew that but there was something about this book that I couldn’t put by finger on but then about five minutes later, I started thinking about everything in this book and the journey that the character’s go through and the mental health part of it and I started crying. I loved this book and it is wonderful and amazing and I highly recommend it.

Wonder Woman

Again I have a review which you can read here. I cried when Steve died and then I cried when she remembered him telling her that he could save today, she could save the world because if that’s not a perfect relationship then I don’t want is. It’s such a perfect movie and probably my favorite DC movie.

The Mindy Project

I cried watching the finale. This Final season I was basically just like ‘If her and Danny don’t get back together then this is my least favorite show ever!’ because I hated Ben. He was the worst and he took all of the humor out of the show and he tried to make her a boring person but then they got divorced and I was like yay! Then her and Danny started hanging out again and getting along but then there was the last episode and it was perfect. There were parallels to the first episode which was so much fun and I was crying and then her and Danny made up and I was so happy. I love this show and I’m sad it’s over but I’m happy with the ending.

Final Fall by Heather W. Petty

I have a review for all three books in the trilogy which you can read here, here, and here and it might be my favorite trilogy out there because damn it was so good! This is a trilogy about the relationship of a young Sherlock and Moriarty and watching the path the characters go down is just chilling and crazy. Final Fall was something I was kinda scared about because I did have hype a lot around this book and I got an arc and I saw that the size of this book was really small. But I understood why it was so short once I read because it all fit so perfectly together. I was so sad watching Sherlock and Mori fall out and watch her go deepier into the madness. It was just something crazy and wonderful and every time I hear Writer in the Dark by Lorde I think of this trilogy. If you haven’t read this series then I really recommend it because it’s soo good!

 Star Wars: The Last Jedi

Guess what? I have a review for this movie which you can read here. I talk about why I cried in the review and because this movie is so popular I don’t think I can talk about what made me cry but it wasn’t a very big cry and it was right at the end. I really enjoyed this movie.

Wonder by R.J. Palacio

The last thing on this last is Wonder and I haven’t seen the film yet so I’m only talking about the book. You should know what this book is about and it should be obvious of why I cried. I cried reading about the way the other kids treat Auggie and seeing how his sister and her friends react to everything. Normally in books you only see one point of view and that what makes Wonder so amazing because you see it from every angle.I was in the car when I read this book and I started crying and then my mom started screaming at me to stop crying.

One Day at a Time

I have cried so many times watching this and I love this show so many times. I first cried watching the season one finale when stupid Victor left before the Father-daughter dance and then Penelope went and dance with her and then Alex, Lydia, and Schneider danced with them and it was so beautiful and wonderful. They just care about each other so much. Then when Penelope decided to go off her meds because she didn’t want to have to tell Max about her meds. But she got depressed and started being mean to everyone and couldn’t get out of bed. Then when she made up with Schneider and they listened to her recording of her talking and I was just in tears because I could relate to it so much and I understood everything that she was saying she went through. Then when Schneider told her about after he went sober he decided to have one drink and after that night he realized that he could never it again and it was sort of like what she was going through. Then when she told Max and he was so understanding and it brought me to tears again. Another time I cried was just the whole season two finale. I was mess. I love this show so much and everyone should watch it.

That was the books, tv shows, and movies that made me cry! What books and movies made you cry? I hope you guys enjoy this list! Next up should be my Star review and my Gravity Falls review so look out for that soon! You should follow my book club here and other social media links. Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir Review | Season 2 EP 3: Prime Queen

Greetings Earthlings! Today I’m reviewing the third episode of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir season two!

So it’s been about two months since my last post on Miraculous. You should have seen this coming though. Like it’s been awhile since I’ve talked about it and they’ve released the date for when the first part of season two will be released on Netflix. This is now my six post on miraculous have you gotten annoyed with me talking about it?? Well I don’t really care and I won’t stop so. I did two review for the first season which you can read hereand here, I did a theory post here, and I did a review for the first episode of season two here and the second episode here. Season two finally has a release date to air in America and I was right about it airing in March. I’m hoping this will stick because we got a date and not just a month like last time. Even though I’ve watched some episodes mean I will still be watching then when they air in America! AND YOU SHOULD TOO! I would probably do these for more episodes of season two and I will probably do like a season wrap for when I’ve watched it all.

Prime Queen was a good episode with some enjoyable moment. It felt like it was sort of making fun fans and how they react to things like that episode of Supernatural called Fanfic which was them making fun of the fans. Nadja Chamack who has appeared in many episodes is akamized into Prime Queen and she wants Ladybug and Chat Noir to admit their love for each other. You see where I’m going with this? Like Despair Bear it’s like the episodes in season one where someone gets akamizes and they have to save them. There isn’t really a plot point or more information added but it was still fun to watch and I had a good time. I think I’m going to give this episode an +A. If I had to say which episode has been my least favorite it would probably have to be this one. The Collector was intense and added more to the story and Despair Bear gave us so great shipping moments and even though this one was good I wasn’t like in love with it as much as I love the other ones. That’s it for my nonspoilery section! If you haven’t watched this episode yet then leave and then come back. BYE!

Even though I said that this episode didn’t have any information we did learn something which is if you don’t remember from my first review of the show I was wondering if Chat Noir remembered the kiss that happened between them in Dark Cupid and we discover that he does not as when Nadja shows them a picture of them kissing *which i would like to ask how the hell she got that picture and he is surprised and asks when did it happen. He also tries to kiss her like two other times which I kind of bothers me a little bit and I know that it was supposed to funny and they were told that they had to prove their love for each other if they want to save everyone but she tells him No and he still tries. Maybe I’m just reading to far into this.

Prime Queen was a great villain! Damn she was intense. She tries to kill to teenage girls just because they called in the middle of her interview. Seriously! We have had some villains that just cause trouble, some villains are trying to get back at others, but besides from Kung Food who tried to cook Chloe, I don’t like we’ve had a villain that has literally tried to kill people to get her way.  Her power is really closed to Lady Wifi’s as she can travel through technology but she can travel through tvs while Lady Wifi can only travel through phones. I like I said this episode does make fun of fans but like not really and it’s like all fans and not just the ones for this fandom. It makes fun of them in the way that they read into to things as Nadja shows them a bunch of pictures that are from random moments from different episodes and asks to explain these pictures if they aren’t a couple and Marinette is just like these were taken out contexts and I’m laughing because I’ve seen some many people just analyze moments and pictures to figure out people and I thought it was so funny. Then she got upset when they wouldn’t admit it well she was mainly upset that because they left early and her show got canceled but I was like this is like how people react sometimes.

Also I weirdly don’t believe that a show could get canceled that fast. We weirdly didn’t see them as Adrien and Marinette in this episode. We got a little bit of Marinette in the beginning and in the end but that’s it. The episode is mainly just focused on them as Ladybug and Chat Noir. I did like what Ladybug says when they leave the studio how they aren’t celebrities, they are superheroes and how they should do doing their jobs. I don’t know sometimes her priorities aren’t in the best so the fact that she wanted to be just a hero and nothing more then that I thought that it was good decision. All in all I thought that Prime Queen was a very good episode. The villain was probably the strongest part as she was great. I can’t wait for more to come episodes to come. I’m really hoping that March 30 stays and I can finally watch the first half of season two!

I think that it is for my Prime Queen review! I hope you enjoyed this review! Again I will be watching the episodes once the air in America and I strongly think that everyone one who lives in America should also do the same. If you are watching it online then go and watch it again because I’ve watched a lot of shows end because people watched it online then exactly watch it. I think that’s it for my review for this episode. IF you would like for me to review the next ones then let me know. Also I have not seen the rest of season two and please don’t leave spoilers in the comments or on my social media thank you very much. I will be watching the rest of season two when it airs and you should to. Have you guys seen season two yet? If you have what did you think? Top 10 Favorite TV Shows! | 2018 Winter Edition

Greetings Earthlings! Today I’m doing top 10 favorite TV shows of winter 2018! I did some for last year so remember to check those out. I didn’t watch that many shows is time around. I rewatched two shows and they are still on this list because I need something to added on to this list. Let’s began!

But first some honorable mentions!

The Runaways

I like this show. I’m not in love with it. I mean not get me wrong it’s a show that you can enjoy and I see why everyone is likes it but I don’t love as much as the rest of world. I did read the comics for awhile and I kinda feel the same about them like how I do about this show. It’s entertaining and it’s enjoyable and you’ll have fun with it.

Parks and Rec

This was a rewatch. I rewatched it because I didn’t have any new shows to watch so my sister and I just watched. I love this show. It’s soo good! I miss it so much! If you haven’t watched this how then I highly recommended it.

#10 Ouran High School Host Club

This show is so random and so weird. This is an anime about a club at a school and oh my god! Just thinking about it is like making me laugh. Look it’s kind of stupid and 100% ridiculous but I’m having a good time watching it. I don’t know what I can say without giving spoilers.

#9 Miraculous Ladybug

So I’m rewatching Miraculous because there is a chance that season two is being pushed back again! I know I shouldn’t be upset because you know they need to get things done and I don’t want to things to be rushed. I still love season one but there is only so many times that you can rewatch season one. I also started a Miraculous fanfic so I just wanted to watch it. I have also watched a bit of season two. Not a lot but as much as I can. I’m still watching when it comes out in America because I will most likely rewatch it about twenty different times.

#8 Trollhunters

I started watching this show because my sister was watching and I was like this could be good and it is. I’m still on season one and like I can see where things are going and I’m kind of scared to watch it’s downward spiral. Like things are getting dark. Fast. I like can’t have a Gravity Falls 2.0 because do you know how many tears were shed over Gravity Falls? This was created by the guy who directed Shape of Water by the way which is like a very popular movie by the way. Hopefully I’ll get back to this show soon because it is very good and I do love it.

#7 Marvelous Mrs. Maisel

I have a whole review coming for this show which may be out already. This show was created by the same people who made Gilmore Girls It’s about a female comedian in the 50s and it’s so good and super funny. Some of the episodes can be super sad at super points but I still love it. I’m excited to see where the next season is going. I hate Joel he is the worst.

#6 Cheers

I started watching Cheers because it was on Netflix and I did something new to watch because I was tired of rewatching Parks and Rec. It’s a very good show and I understand how it was popular in it’s time. I think I like the earlier seasons more then the later seasons as they became copy and paste. It is funny and enjoyable. I do think that some of the jokes won’t have pasted over now days as there is a lot of slut shaming and the way that woman are treated is a little wrong but it’s still a good show.

 #5 ER

I don’t know if I can make it through all of this show as there are 15 seasons and each of the episodes are an hour long and each season as like 22. Also I’ve been told that it gets really dramatic and most of the cast leaves. I really like the cast of the first season so I don’t think that I will continue after they leave. But I’m really enjoying so far and it’s so good! It’s on Hulu and my mom and I are watching it together.

#4 Fraiser

The spin off to Cheers which I’m really enjoy because the characters are so salty and savage it’s just so great. I wouldn’t say you would have to watch Cheers to watch this show but you may be confused about somethings. It’s still really funny and I want Niles and Daphne to get together!

#3 Galavant

#2 The Crown

Damn this season was great. There were so many great episodes and so many of the many you feel different things. I recommend this show to everyone because it is so amazing and wonderful and heartbreaking.

#1 This is Us

This show fucking broke me! Do you know how many times I’ve cried watching these episodes???? Too many time!!!! I love this show with all my heart and it is amazing!

And that is my favorite shows of Winter 2018! Do you guys agree with what I’ve said? Have you guys watched any of these shows? If not you really should. I hope you guys enjoy this top 10 list! Like, Comment, and follow for more rants like these! The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel TV Show Review!

Greetlings Earthlings! Today I’m reviewing the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel!

+B: Had a weird pace and took me a while to like the characters.

This show is an Amazon Original and is created by Amy Sherman-Palladino who created Gilmore Girls which is one of my favorite shows. It follows Midge Maisel a girl who has a perfect life with a husband and kids and her husband wants to be a comedian. After a night goes badly, Joel reveals that he has been cheating on her and is leaving Midge and Midge goes out and does stand up and is amazing and it’s her being a comedian in the fifties and being a woman comedian. What can I say about this show? Um.. I think that people may have overhyped it a little bit for me or I overhyped for me. I didn’t hate it though. I had a fun time with some episodes but then some were sad and sometimes I didn’t have a great time.

I think that maybe I was expecting Gilmore Girls level of humor which I didn’t get. I mean it came close but it wasn’t the same. This show is so cute. I love Midge. She is precious and great and can be super funny and her standup is really great. This show is more like a drama with comedic moments sprinkled all around. I really hate Joel though like the guy can’t make up his mind on what he wants and gets whiny when he finds things out and I’m like can you shut up? You can really see the comparisons with Gilmore  Girls and this show. I’m not saying they are the same but they use a lot of the same tropes. Her parents are really funny. I enjoyed watching their relationships and how everything works with them. I love Midge she was an amazing character and I love her, her jokes are always so great and I love the relationship of her and Susie. They have a great friends and their relationship is amazing.

Sometimes though this show can get really intense as at one point when Midge makes fun of a comedian and she gets blacklisted from like every show. I mean it was funny but damn it caused trouble. I mean they figure it out because Lenny Bruce *who was a real comedian but i don’t know if the guy on the show and the real guy are the same person decides to help her out. I like the character Lenny. I thought he would be on the show a lot more then he was because he was in the first three episodes but didn’t appear again until the final episode. Maybe for the next season he will appear in more episodes but I don’t know maybe not.

This is an entertaining show and you’ll have a great time watching it. It can be sad and real at times but honestly that’s what makes it great. If I’m correct it has been confirmed for a season two according to IMBD but I could be wrong. If you hear any other news than please tell me. Have you guys watched this show? What did you think of it? Did you like or did you hate it? Let me know! I hope you enjoyed this review and make sure to look out for more coming your way. Stranger Things Season Two Review!

Greetings Earthlings! Today I’m reviewing the second season of Stranger Things!

-A: Good story with characters that got better and a slow plot line

Stranger Things is better probably the most talked about show in the world, beating Game of Thrones. I watched season one last year and it was probably one of the best things I had watched that year. I did not do a review for season one because I didn’t really feel like it but I don’t know I have a lot of opinions on season two. Honestly it was fine and nice and I loved it but I loved the first season so much more then I did this season as this season was slow and there were a couple episode were it makes you think these didn’t really need to be here. Like season one there weren’t any filler episodes and every episode added more to the story but that wasn’t the case with season two. There were a couple episodes that were just there and they do have so impact but not a lot.

This season was great though because once it picks up it picks up hard and fast and it gives so much. I enjoyed the characters all the same and I loved them all some much expect for Max’s brother. So we met a new girl named Max who I’ll talk about a later and she has this really rude and annoying brother and I hated him. He was just a dick and didn’t really do anything to the story expect be a real dick. I guess that he was just through as an obstacle for Max to overcome. I liked Max, she’s a great character and she’s cool and fun, but I didn’t like how they used her to cause trouble with the group. Eleven did cause trouble but it was more like is she bad or not and with Max it was more like ‘I like her’ ‘No I like her’ ‘I hate her’ which isn’t what I wanted for this character. I mean her and Lucas are cute through. I didn’t like how her and Eleven got one scene together and El just brushes her off. I know that she was jealous because she saw Max and Mike hanging out and got jealous but come on! You have two great female characters and that’s how the one scene they are in with each other goes down!

This should be no surprise because everyone has said this but Steve Harrington I love him! Talk about that character development! He was kind of a doche the first season but became nice at the end and he is babysitter of the year. I loved him and his relationship with the boys. It was so great! I loved Nancy and Jonathan and how their relationship grew this season which I saw coming but it was really nice to see. Let’s talk about the episode the Lost Sister because everyone has different opinions on it. Look I see why it’s need and I understand why people do not like it and I’m kind of in the middle. It adds more to the story and gives us back story but it also gives me characters that I don’t really care about. Like I love her sister and we could learn more about her but everything else is okay. I like how Eleven decided that she did to go back. I loved Bob but for most of the time I thought he was a bad guy but he wasn’t and I was really sad. Will was amazing this season and I just wanted to protect him!

Look this season isn’t as great as season one but it’s still a great season and even though the ending wasn’t as thrilling as the first season. We do have more to continue on for the next time. Stranger Things season two was great. I expected it better and I’m excited for season three which won’t come out for a while. Have you guys watched this show? What did you think of it? Did you like or did you hate it? Let me know! I hope you enjoyed this review and make sure to look out for more coming your way.
